Also funny since the last time I won at Alpha Centauri I accidentally destroyed Morgan's last three with a planet buster.

Quite annoyed that my excessive nerve-stapling was viewed by the Gaians and Believers as super bad despite retracting the UN Charter for the turn I did it... then everybody decided to be bastards and put it back the very next turn! Pfft.

I am quite confident in saying it's very much an internal market.
