Backstory:

An Earth where magic is a heavily hidden power, only wielded by those who forge special contracts with the deities of various mythologies.

Amelia Hart was born to an abroad British family. Her father, a naval captain, was stationed in Tokyo as part of a new truce after a war broke out between the United States and China. She never truly fit into the culture, and often was shoved aside as an outsider. That never kept her from being the sweetest kid of the school, who ran to any victim's side, defending them from the bullies even if it cost her some bruises.

One night, as Amelia was walking home from a friend's house, she tripped and hit her head, beginning to bleed out on the concrete. However, she awoke, her wound fully healed, and magically rose to her knees. Before her was a glowing man, with dark blonde hair, a fresh tan, sunglasses, cargo shorts, and a stereotypical vacation button-up. He cracked a grin and unrolled a scroll. This was her contract. No words were exchanged, the only sound was the quill to the parchment, as she signed away her body to eternally vessel the powers of Apollo.

Other: Amelia is capable of holy miracles, capable of healing wounds, without a trace of a scar. She is also capable of rituals that can do various things, such as holy shielding, sending a storm of magical swords, and binding spells. She is still learning of what she can do.
