I heard about one somewhere recently. They apparently still breathe fire, so between that and their massively boosted stats they should be web-caster level of obnoxious. Not that that's bad thing. Heh, I wonder if reanimated dragon heads breath fire as well, that'd be kind of amazing.

Not going to happen, but some kind of solution to the inevitable FPS death of a fortress. Now that the world is alive it's heart wrenching not being able to play with the same dwarves for centuries. I'd also like birds not to be borked. Oh, and player mounts, in both modes.

The music I usually listen to, if I'm tired of the default theme, maybe the occational memetic internet song... nothing fancy.

Heh, I don't have that problem at all... people (and animals) only seem to run away when I've killed half their friends. Hell, companions still do idiotic shit like charging packs of giant dingos. The whole stading around announcing and discussing your attack during the attack needs to be fixed though.

Makes dwarf fortress playable. Vanilla is too easy/repetitive.

OP told you not to do this for a reason.

Well, the Internets being what it is it's easy to assume the worst. Besides, some celebrities go out of their way to perpetuate the stereotype, so I wouldn't really fault anyone for being disillusioned.

Will do. No, just an evil Austrian Rothschild.
my bet was the real Bob Dylan.
I wonder do any celebs play DF
most are too stupid and focus on clothes. hell, ill be surprised if they could work COD

That's entirely untrue. I mean, yeah, fame and success can quickly go to your head, but that's true for all of us. Besides, clothes are important. :P

Well, that is fairly badass. Innate attack or just a ton of killy parts?

i killed 10 hydras 17 dragons and 12 bronze colossi all at the same time with my bare fist while naked. also no shield or wep

Yeah? I did all those things on two different computers at the same time while also pleasuring twelve gorgeous women IRL!

But seriously, what Lockem Shoto said isn't all that unbelievable... just kick a dragon in the toe and it will pass out from the pain.

Yeah, I have the same problem most people seem to. Too much stuff that doesn't actually add anything. It's incredibly cool to play around with whatever modders can come up with, but all of it in the same mod is too much. The preposterous amount of workshops is especially silly, but I understand that has something to do with modding limitations at the moment.

Yeah, it makes the part in question useless and prevents necromancers from (re-)raising the affected creature.

True dwarves dig puddingstone.

(*) Fixed material values for obsidian (UristDaVinci)

Grab some and kill some wildlife, tell us how it goes?

All my current wildlife is bugged out birds, so it's not really an option, but from my experiences with early werecreatures and berserk dwarfs, they are at least on par with iron and bronze against flesh, but I can't imagine they'll be as good against armoured enemies and non-organics, which is why them being chosen over bronze gear by default is a tad troubling.

Just how good are they now? My dwarves seem to favor them over even high tier stuff like bronze, and I'm not sure if it's a good thing or I need to chuck them down the volcano.
