1-10 just changes how fast it works, not how dangerous it is. Well, it sorta makes it more dangerous because there are more attacks, although the attacks are what give the experience.

I read somewhere that named items get artifact bonuses. Is this true? If so, does this also make them indestructible? I'd try science, but I have no idea how to destroy a *spoiler* short sword that wouldn't destroy just about everything else.

I put that into reaction_smelter.txt, yet in game, nothing appears on the list. Why? I've re-generated worlds 3-4 times now. There is a metal called shadow, a metal called shadow steel, and a metal called shadow silver in inorganic_metal.
