So uh, accidentally hit war on the wrong tab. Cue me warring with someone 150% my GDP and having a massive growth, but small army. I'm about to get fucked I think. Oh also they are in Mainsail Initiative. They are also one o' them western types, so I don't feel too bad, but I'm probably going to get screwed. At least I can go east and beg for stuff.
Send a message to him explaining the situation, and if you damaged any of his growth/army then pay reparations. If not just request a white peace.

Awesome, now America doesn't have to feel shitty for being one of the countries with the worst ISP's. Welcome to the club U.K.

Whelp, that guy I was attacking put up more of a fight than I had expected. Anyone have troops to spare while he burns himself out conscripting his entire nation?
I'm http://176.9.59.138/stats.php?id=6022
I'll send some over, since I'm waiting for the rollover to find someone new to attack.
Thanks.
I'm trying to convince him into not launching attacks on me. Since as it was it would be a war that resulted in a lot of loss on all sides. So I'm pretty much just trying to coerce him into doing nothing.
If this works I will crown myself god of bullshitting.
His manpower is halved and if he continues to try to get rid of his growth just to have a poorly trained army, he'll get ruined by your troops anyways. In situations like this, most people just give up and let you win rather then fuck up their manpower and growth.

So, I hit WWII surplus and I'm wondering, how many rifles do I have to buy to reach Korean War Surplus? Is dropping 2.5M on a military-industrial complex worth it?
It takes 60 home-made rifles to go from WW2 surplus to Korean War surplus. There isn't an exact number for non-home made rifles, but it's estimated around 160. It's very much worth it to get five factories ASAP, as they're vital once you want to progress beyond Korean War surplus.

Doesn't the download page provide downloads for Linux and Mac?
For Byond? There isn't a linux version to my knowledge, I probably would of found it if it was unless I'm stupid, which is a large possibility.

Edit: We may later consider going after The African Legion, as a concerted effort.
I suggested that earlier. They are filthy degenerate capitalist pig-dogs.
Perhaps...perhaps...but we'd probably have to get some kind of casus-belli, no matter how stupid it is. Maybe we can start calling them out on the forums, I don't know. They're a PERFECT target though for most of our highest developed nations, and none of them have chemical weapons yet...

What genres are you interested in/dislike, and what do you like about them? Giving us just one band isn't super helpful.

I have the predecessor to this one, which, as far as I know, has lack of X-input as the only difference, and it's served me very well over the years. Highly recommended. There's also wireless and rumble versions of it, if you're into that kind of thing.
I was trying to remember what Logitech gamepad I thought was a good alternative, and that's the one. Granted I've only used that controller a few times, but it was fine and it worked good enough.

This may seem like a silly thing to ask at this time, but should we fly a flag?
I'm not particularly artistic, but if someone wants to make one then go ahead.

It's very small and largely unnoticeable unless your reputation/QoL is already low.

Well, the Xbox 360 isn't necessarily the "best choice". It all depends on personal preference along with what games you're planning on playing most. It's nice the Xbox 360 is recognized by most games, sure. But making your PS3 controller work with most games isn't really a big deal, you just find one of the multitude of programs that will do it for you.

No doubt the moderators on Nexus got someone pissed off. It's a great website and all, but the staff that run that site are pretty ridiculous. I'm not really surprised people are trying to DoS the site.

I seem to remember someone got banned for criticising an author of a mod that added... erm, realistic reproductive organs to horses.
Yeah, he was complaining that it should be in a NSFW category so the average person who wasn't looking for it wouldn't happen upon it, he got banned. Basically, if a mod author says they don't want criticism, you can get banned for posting it. Even if they say they allow it and don't like the comment you made, you can get banned. It's really weird.

There wouldn't happen to be an enterprising sort that knows how to make space station 13 run under Mac, or Wine?
You can't, I've tried running it on wine in the Crunchbang OS. Byond just doesn't seem to like working with Wine.
