Somebody get me an expert of human anatomy. :|
True, Humans are basically donut shaped (torus), just the hole is long and wiggly, with membranes to absorb nutrients.

« on: June 11, 2014, 11:51:06 pm »So... I woke up this morning completely refreshed.. After only four hours of sleep.. And a series of all allnighters during the last three days.
This on its own I didn't think was weird, although in retrospect, it was pretty strange.
I realized like three minutes ago that my nails are about half an inch longer then they were before I went to sleep... This unsettles me, four hours and half an inch of nail growth. Possibly hair also but my hair is long enough that I can't tell. This is just rather strange.
What day of the week do you think it is?

Otherwise, all we've got is the fantasy, even if it's a damn good one.
Or its a good one until the sequels...
On the other hand, it would mean that Humans are REALLY special.

« on: June 09, 2014, 01:37:24 pm »I'm in the dead voice camp as well. My voice constantly sounds like I just woke up/have been smoking for 20 odd years. Thing is, I'm only in my 20's and I've never smoked a day in my life. I attribute it to six years or so of playing in punk and metal bands, but still. I get asked if I'm losing my voice often, and in fact I do lose my voice a lot. But that just goes hand in hand with the music I have played/am playing currently (folk punk). As long as I can still sing, I'm happy though. Who needs to talk right?
Right?
I was thinking of making this: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=139253.0 thread the last couple days, now seems like a good time.

Vocaroo is like pastebin for audio, you can record a little audio clip, and share it anonymously.
I thought it would be fun/interesting to hear each others voices.
