First thing you do is get to a city ASAP, but before 9:30AM - the zombies spawn that time. Get as much loot as you can from houses, military sulprus, sporting good stores and libraries. After that, set for the wilderness.

Find a LMOE shelter, those will save your lives. I hope you took a pot with you from the city - with it, you can boil water to make it clean, cook veggies and meat from animals/triffids, and much more. LMOE shelters are virtually unbreachable by creatures, and they've got firearms, weapons and supplies in them.

I think sex is an awesome thing, and one of the first things i buildt in minecraft was a swastika(was trying to replicate a place where hitler held a speech for some reason) and yeah, i did build an underground temple to the voxel dick god after a few shots one night.
