I have a plan to make a well about 40 levels below ground, using water from an aquifer at soil level. I seem to be having problems with pressure however.
The lowest level has been checkerboarded with walls entirely. Despite that, the level above, where I have my water reactor, has been completely flooded. Fortunately, the actual well area has been sealed, so all that saltwater wont effect the well. Not taking any chances , I had a door built on the level above that, in case the mechanics area floods.
More interestingly. While the area just under the well and waterwheels and the above level have been flooded to 7/7, the rest of the space is only at 3/7.
Any thoughts as to what might have happened?
.... Unless the water reactor has double pressurized the area, which can prove to be trouble later.
This level shows the well basin, and the flooded reactor
