Name: Milenas 'Tree-Feller' Dahlsline.
Gender: Male.
Race: Human
Appearance: Of middling height, and a wiry build. Milenas possesses blue eyes and a prominent sloped nose. His eyes are slightly mismatched in color, giving a small sense that something isn't right, when you're speaking to him from close. His hair is a somewhat shaggy mane, extending down past his shoulders.
He always has an axe strapped to his back.
Bio: Milenas was the 3rd of 3 sons, and was never expected to rise to prominence in his clan. He spent much of his time learning arts that would enable him to support whichever of his brothers took the seat of power. Unfortunately for his brothers, he was approached in his youth by a priest of the Barrow Gods. Milenas was intrigued by the power that was offered, and saw an opportunity to bring his clan great power. Awakening his long dormant ambition, Milenas gave his blessing to the murder of one of his brothers (a bad hunt), and assisted in the murder of the second (poisoning). This has catapulted him forward, to seize the place of Clan Leader, after his father died of 'Grief'.
Fortune continued to favor him, when rather than an inquisition into the sudden deaths of his brothers, a messenger from the capital came bearing news of the death of the King. Milenas now stands poised to make a bid for kingship, or at the very least enough power to push the agenda of the Barrows worshippers.
Skills: Clan Leader, Axe Mastery (Lvl 1), Logistics (Lvl 1)
For Clan leaders:
Clan name: The Ahbilcan, or Sea-Guard, Plainsmen, Low-dwellers (Derogatory), Dirtgrubbers (Derogatory).
Clan history: The hills that are now known as the Hills of Ba'dur, were once a rocky storm-lashed island that the High Kin used as a staging point to launch themselves into the mainland. As a strategic move, one of the great High Kin mages caused land to rise from the sea and form a great and vast plain around the island. The thralls of the High Kin settled here in abundance, raising many sons for soldiers and laborers.
Clan location: Lush green hills, and sloping meadows feasted upon by local sheep and cattle. The lowlands around the hills are a series of small villages, and many farms. The town around Buckkeep is fairly well established, for the area, with most other cities being somewhat simple and rustic. Infrastructure is somewhat unheard of in the area with the exception of Bucktown, which only has paved streets, above most of its fellow 'cities'.
Clan culture: The culture of the Sea-Guard is one handed down for generations after the coming of the High Kin. They value family and prize how many children they have, though sons are always talked about more. They are pretty easy going, loving their work and laboring in quiet contentment. As a people they are incredibly slow to anger, and almost always shrug off attempts to rile them. History however has shown several points where rioting by the Sea-Guard has led to serious issues across the plains they call home. But afterwards the people settle down and rebuild what was lost without complaint.
The Sea-Guard are an incredible superstitious folk, and man several watchtowers along the coast though they generally will not travel by sea. They speak in whispers of a growing dark across the waves, and the need for vigilance.
They breed stalwart and steady men and women, who are prone to solidity in their ways and beliefs. Though they are begrudged somewhat for their lack of universal interest in hunting, or fighting, they will still do those things for good reason.
Glory is ephemeral, and fades. A good solid house will serve you, and those who come after you.
Clan religion: High Gods, though their lord now follows a darker path in secret.
Clan banner: A leaping buck emerging from a black forest on a field of green.
