Graduated biology undergrad here. But a probably a horrible spokesperson for the biological sciences, because I'm a plant guy. I find plants cool, complex, and infinitely interesting, but most people would disagree quite violently.
Physics is awesome, but so much work these days is pushing into the purely theoretical, and I'm very much a pick-it-up-and-look-at-it person.
Chemistry can be fascinating, and you need a strong foundation in both it and physics to truly appreciate and understand biology. I personally see it as slightly too clinical and neat to find it as gripping as biology.
TBH, the more we learn about the world around us, the distinctions between scientific fields gets less and less clear. Best choice is pick the branch you find most appealing, but don't let it stop you from dabbling everywhere.
