You go for the nut-shot, but you miss high and lose your balance.  You trip over a burned up child patient and fall through the window.

A few pieces of glass stick in you, but you don't feel a thing because of all the drugs you hopped yourself up on.

A pile of child burn victims wearing capes pillows your landing they scream in anguish as you push yourself up on them.

As you start to run a firetruck comes to attack you.
