She had been born with pink hair, which was forbidden to one of her status, but she was allergic to hair dye and magic had no effect. At her trial, she argued that the law was discriminatory against those who had no choice but to commit a crime. The king nearly ordered her head shaved, but instead decided to change the law." The vampire then turned to face the newcomer.

For best results, use it when your target is near the ground. Though to be honest I've never had much trouble with using it in the air either.
Are there any good AoE Super Moves? I want something that can deal with Cell Jrs and Mini Buus without charging up an Ultimate.

Mordecai watched Lilie go, then gathered the remaining books to bring inside. Some commotion near the grand hall told him that Lord Heston was receiving visitors - new retainers, perhaps? He decided to go that way and observe the newcomers.

: "I was afraid something like that might happen. You clearly have a talent for dark magic, but you need to learn how to control it before you can safely carry it in battle. As your skill improves, it will become easier. I would like you to practice with the druidic tome for now, until you can call upon the magic it contains at will. Leave the dread tome be for now."
: "How is your wound? Do you need to see one of the priests?"

Doublepost in order to casually remind people that Amberly's got Charisma, which oughta help folks avoid the ballista bolts a bit if they remain nearby.
...also (and this is probably stupid plan) she has Flash, which deals effective damage against archers such as those manning ballista. That might be worth considering as they get closer.
