: "Eh, Ursa will be fine. With Princess and everyone else Ursa is tougher than ever!" He hesitated, feeling that he was going off track.
: "Erm...Princess free to talk? Maybe somewhere else?"
: "Okay. Here go.": "Hey Princess. Doing okay after last fight?"
: "Ya feelin' okay, Alec? I could touch up the healing preacher gave ya if yer still sore."
: "So they got lucky! It weren't you that stabbed him, just some crazy thing that looked like ya!"
: "Oh jeez. Sheila, I'm so sorry." She gave the larger woman the best hug she could manage.
: "Eh? Now?...Ursa not so sure that good idea. Princess probably have more important things to do. : "Heya Sheila. Glad to see yer not frozen anymore." When she got close enough, she lowered her voice.
: "Ciera got hit with some magic that made her go crazy and hurt Alec. I'm tryin' to get her to cheer up...got any ideas?"
: "You and Sheila told me not to give up on Fezz, so I ain't gonna let ya give up now. Now c'mon, let's see if anyone's got some idea on how to get ya through this."
: "Fezz can't move as fast as ya can, though. Anyway, preacher might be able to teach ya some meditation technique or somethin' to clear yer mind. Maybe his magic can help too.": "Naw, ya had to deal with that fella as quick as ya could and ya got the job done. If we had tried to do it all at once we'd all be frozen right now, probably. Yer the only one who coulda flown across the river and gotten to him so quick." With that, Grifen got up and began tugging at the pegasus knight's arm.
: "C'mon, y'ain't gonna feel any better moping around in here. How about you talk to preacher about this? He might have some idea fer getting past this mishap."
: "Aw, c'mon. That weren't what I was tryin' to say at all. Ya had no control, that's what the Berserk magic does to ya. If they'd had a mind to do it they probably coulda made Leo attack Sheila or somethin, and ya know how much they care fer each other.": "'Sides, you did do somethin' useful. That fella with the staff was the one making folks freeze like statues, right? You put a stop to that! Maybe it weren't the fanciest way to do it but it was a big help anyway. Meanwhile I tried to put a stop to the fella with the wind magic and just got myself hurt cuz I wasn't paying attention. Fezz had to step in and save me."
: "Ah..." Grifen hesitated at Ciera's bitter tone, then walked inside the room and sat on the edge of Ciera's bed, rubbing the other woman's arm.: "Fezz told me about that. Nasty magic called Berserk, right? He says it's banned by the empire fer how powerful it is..." She thought for a moment. "Still, I don't think you should give up. I mean, Alec should understand that it weren't yer fault. Heck, I passed right under ya, you were yellin' and frothin' at the mouth."
: "Hey Ciera, you throw this thing? What's wrong?"
