« on: December 31, 2014, 10:26:27 pm »Funnily enough, I don't really enjoy Red vs Blue eitherI stopped enjoying Freeman's Mind when it became obvious the player was cheating in order to bypass parts of levels or not die. So, fairly early on :/
...It's not a let's play. That's kinda like complaining that Red vs Blue is unenjoyable because it's not a direct log of a multiplayer game.

After my difficulty fighting the Black Mage, I feared the worst when it came time to fight the Knight. Thankfully, I needn't have worried! I used what I had learned about the combat system, and by turning Ringabel into a Black Mage himself I was able to toast the Knight and his two companions with repeated lightning strikes while Agnes kept everyone in fighting fit because I had learned that you can Cure the entire party at once. Not one party member even dropped below half HP.

AFTER LEO MOVES, Grifen moves to (20,14), rescues Sonja, then cantos to (20,15)! Time to put the newest PS to work!

Lessee, Fezz can't engage the soldier until Sonja is moved out of the way. How about I have Grifen pick her up and move out of the way, say, to (20,15)? That way Fezz can blast the soldier, Alec can perform for us both, and then either Fezz or Grifen can work together to obliterate the shamans. Sheila will kill the knight no sweat. Everyone else can move up.
Funfact: With support bonuses, the pillar bonus, and the PS bonus, Grifen's evade is currently 88.

The Artemis did a fine job today!
I ran Helm and Captain, MaxZero did a standup job as Coms and Engineering, defeeca was our Master Gunner, and Ozy was our humble yet vital Science Chief. We destroyed something like 40+ enemy ships and two enemy bases before calling it a session.
