The problem I've noticed with "fresh start" servers is that within a day or two the world is already in hard mode; either because a small group bum-rushed the content or because one person brought in a character with endgame gear. And then the people who missed out are clamoring for another fresh-start server :/

Tis true. Ami/Mia were a Troubadour->Valkyrie with split personalities (Ami was relatively normal, Mia was more dark-sided) and used the same head - though with dark pink hair.
