Okay, you'll get a kick out of this:

Boss insisted that I come in despite not having a vehicle. Goes so far as to offer to pay for a cab before I finally just arrange a ride.
And now I get a message through the truck's computer system which seems to imply that nothing is currently available. WHY THE HELL DID YOU WANT ME TO COME IN SO BADLY IF THERE'S NO GODDAMN LOAD?!

Been waiting a half hour already with nothing happening. There's no way I'm going to suffer a repeat of Wednesday, so if nothing happens in another 30 minutes I'm taking off.

Unrelated, but was Dominions 3 on GoG at some point? I know I have the game installed on my laptop, and I swear I got it through GoG, but it's no longer in my library :/
