The Toad might be a dictator, but he is no tyrant. You'd have to do something absolutely ridiculous for him to ban you after a single offense, unless you were a spambot or troll account. Since you've been around for a little while, you've got some leeway.

Upon hearing the news, Aika struck a pose she hoped was heroic. The bloodstains and her general soreness detracted from the effect.
: "Ha ha! No traitor or brigand can hope to stand against Corporal Aika and the Mighty Mercenaries!" She winced and dropped the pose in a hurry. "Seriously though, thanks for the help. Captain Liz wouldn't have been happy if one of her riders got herself killed. So, who are you guys?"

My final game, Critters 2 (an evolution sim), sold more than 10 million copies with no help from a publisher. It was easily my most profitable game, making over $140M after development costs and is still going.
Shortly after that, I won the game :D
