The outfits alone imply that they won't actually make Delta Emerald. They just don't want people to create bootlegs called "delta emerald".

Other than "get strong", I don't see much similarity between the weapons to be honest. They each require different techniques, which is why they have advantages and disadvantages over each other :/

As for transparency, I just use a program where "transparent" is just another color to paint with :P
