((Ba3 and Ma2 should both have taken damage from starting or ending in a square adjacent to Ha3, thanks to Explosive Pyre. In fact, Ba3 both started and ended his turn adjacent to Ha3, so he probably took damage twice.
Also (I forget this a lot) you need to roll on the Wild Magic table to see what sort of damage Weston is resistant to today. It might not have been thinder damage, but if it was then Ma2's spell would not have hurt quite so badly.))

This place is pretty cool so far, though I've nearly gotten ran over more than once. Apparently traffic chaos is present in both Chinas, but there is at least a semblance of order here. Still been almost clipped by the fleets of scooters more than once.Why are you in Taiwan anyway? Vacation?
I have been informed that there is frequent acid rain here, so that's concerning.

Efa, of course, should be longbowing da fuq out of Vernon every turn. Even if her accuracy sucks (and the +15 Hit will help), she's the only one who can hit Vernon without risking a counterattack.

But...isn't the jester trapped and unable to help Vernon? We should be obliterating orbs. Which is what I will do once everyone gets into position for Alyssa to do one of her patented performances.
We ever figure out what the Whistle does?
Also, I'm thinking Fezzina is gonna be our secret weapon here. All of Vernon's attacks are Dark magic, which against her will reduce their already-shoddy accuracy. She has decent RES and can use Pious Defense for further protection. Dunno if one or the other can double, but I'm thinking once that last Jester is dead she heads back ASAP to join the fray.

Gotta say, waiting 3+ hours for your next assignment is a lot more tolerable when you can set the engine to idle, crank up the AC, get the music going, and retreat to the cool semi-darkness of the sleeper berth. As opposed to the last truck I was using where you really couldn't do that sort of thing...
