Hmm...kinda thinking that paralysis staffs are a bit OP at this stage of the game, especially for a bunch of characters who just barely hit first class :p

For me, it was a job I hated with every fiber of my being. To the point where I began actively hoping to get injured on the job so I could stop working (and also sue them for unsafe practices, of which there were many). So quitting felt pretty damn good.
Incidentally, my boss's only reaction was "I'm surprised you stayed for so long".

Still helps a bit. If nothing else it weakens the crew members so your shots can potentially kill them.
