Jasmine's mind sometimes worked in very strange ways. This would be the first (but probably not last) time the party would experience one of her synaptic misfires.

Ansel cheats and stabs Beltana. Rule passes to Wilfor. Ansel then challenges Wilfor, and I doubt Mr "I'll have one of my servants get punished for me" Wilfor could win even a fair duel.

Okay, I see your point. Still strikes me as stupid however, especially considering that we're in what seems to be a prime defensive position and Ansel has shown no qualms about being a bastard so far.

He must be some really ridiculous custom class if he has S-rank in every weapon category.

But my point is that the Empress could simply say "lolnope" and refuse to meet. Or play dirty as well, stationing snipers or somesuch.

I'm curious as to why Lucas thinks this is so urgent. I mean, it's not likely that Diana is going to challenge the Empress to a duel any time soon, especially since she doesn't know how to use bows. So why is he acting like this is something that must be shared RIGHT NOW? Just bugs me.

Ursa crossed his (significantly larger) arms and scowled right back at the Prince. A part of him was tempted to agree to bring the brat along up the mountain, only to leave him up there. See how quickly one of those lazy pegasus riders would show up to help then!
