: "I have some small experience with the undead, Vandertz. Fear not, we will prevail."
"Yes, I know what you mean... I've never thought of myself as a 'hero' either, and I've definitely never heard of this prophecy either. And I've got quite a few up in here, unfortunately." Erza replies, tapping the side of her head with a finger."It's...hard to say. Jakme wants us to get to get to that Temple and he doesn't seem to care how exactly. But it could be that the prophecy is true and he's desperate to make it happen. Won't know more until we get there I guess."
"Still, what do you think of it? The whole 'world is going to end' prophecy we're checking up on? Got any credence to it, or do you think it's just something someone pulled out of their ass to make the situation convenient? I wouldn't put it past that Jakme guy, that's for sure. Something about him seems a bit... Off. You know what I mean?"
I, once again, suggest not putting our guild domain in the mountains. But we're Bay Watchers. We're supposed to do impractical things for the sake of fun.
The way construction works is that it is faster to build a building out of both structural parts and materials that favor the terrain. It is just cheaper and faster to build on plains, and when you look at the cost and time of the domain buildings... well then you'll see the advantage of easy. Specifically the Headquarters, the first hall building, takes 50 solid material frame works, roofs, frameworks; 50 cloth roofs, walls; 20 foundations; 30 towers and fortifications. We need that building to invite more than 5.
Also a supposed 2 week construction time.
: "Katerina, ye need to stop thinking of ye abilities as 'evil'. It is how a person uses their power that is important, not the power itself. Now, some powers lend themselves to evil purposes - necromancy is one such example, raising the dead against their will and interrupting their rest - but that doesn't seem like something ye be capable of."
: "I know this probably isn't something ye ever expected a priest ta say, but I've been around a while and seen more things than most priests do. And the only reason I asked about payback was ta see if ye desire ta be respected came with some less-than-noble plans. Doesn't seem that way, though."
So I hadn't even thought of Torben's family but I just yesterday decided his family is master thieves, including his one-year-younger sister, who is training to be MASTER THIEF. so I guess what I did is make up a second character idea just from backstory musings >.>Those are the best characters. I like to try and make potential NPCs out of family members :v
