If there was one thing Balthazar had drilled into a younger Ursa's mind, it was that his great strength could be used to either help those in need or take advantage of them. The wild man was hardly a saint (not that he knew what those were) but he had made his choice long ago. And it seemed that Diana had - or would be making - a similar choice. Something told Ursa that she and Balthazar would have gotten along well.

But oddly enough the genderswapped versions of both ships are somewhat more obvious about it.

If I move Ursa out of the way (to attack the spearman, for example), Ciel can reach and heal Lucas. It'll be a bit dangerous for her, however.
