You couldn't come up with a better example?Well, if you could do it as many times as you please, there wouldn't really be an issue with it in that regard. Besides the flagrant waste of expensive replacement bodies. And the cleanup. And probably going mad from repeated deaths, now that I think about it. Hmm, when I write it all out like that it really seems like it's still not the best idea.
Should we ever invent anything in the vein of full dive virtual immersion, where we can basically put ourselves into a Matrix-style world, then we can kill ourselves all we want, over and over, hundreds of times a second. You can live out your own Groundhog Day and try to escape from it through every form of suicide possible, all in the comfort of your own home.
I mean, I don't know why you'd want to do that, but we live in a world where voluntary amputation is real, so some people's minds are incomprehensible.
