That's pretty much exactly what I was going for; even pulled up a sprite sheet for C2:SQ to compare. The spinning whip was pulled from a different game though ^^;

There's a sliding scale of Anarchy and Democracy, and people vote for which one they would prefer.

Anarchy means every input goes through, and Democracy means that inputs are tallied and the most common one is the action that is taken.

Spent the forum downtime reading the main rulebook from the OP...

Jeez louise, folks weren't kidding when they called this thing dark. I could see Evangelion levels of angst and trauma in the average game of this. Awesome.
