Frumple, if your croutons taste like Chex Mix then you've got some nasty damn croutons. The good ones are made from decent bread, a hint of whatever seasoning you prefer (gimme the ones that are ever-so-lightly salted-and-peppered), and are toasted just enough so that all that remains is a delicious crunchy cube.

Grifen wasn't sure what to think. Sure, it was interesting to watch the performers on stage (she had no idea how they had painted one of the actors green), and it was mostly enjoyable, but the parallels to the earlier conversation about arranged marriage hadn't escaped her notice.
