Misko is in the New England region of USA, IIRC. I think he meant Fahrenheit. So, single digits would be... One or two Celsius.
32 degrees Fahrenheit is equivalent to 0 degrees Celsius. If Misko is talking, say, 5 degrees F, that would be -15 C.
