Saw such a ridiculously nasty wreck today that I'm still wondering just what went down. It was a box truck (not a tractor-trailer like what I drive), apparently flipped upside down and appearing slightly flattened, closing down three of the five lanes of freeway, and among the numerous emergency vehicles and heavy-duty tow trucks I saw a vehicle with the words "HazMat Response" on it. This was a fairly smooth, flat, straight section of freeway and there were no other wrecked vehicles that I could see, so what the hell happened?

Now if you want to DM fiat it so Chaos Bolt can ping-pong between two or more targets if I want, that's fine. I still want my attack to attack in the previously specified order.

Minor action: do an Arcana check to try to determine the Head Goblin's power source (arcane, divine, primal, etc).

Standard action: fire a Chaos Bolt at the Head Goblin. If secondary attack(s) trigger, attack W2, followed by W1, C4, and and finally W3.

((Pretty sure bounce can happen between original target and another and repeat. I'll let you change your thing unless thats how you want it))
((Way I read it was that it could hit multiple targets, but that each target could only be hit once. So no bouncing back and forth between two enemies, it has to go after a different one each time.

I'm not on my laptop at the moment, so I can't check the handbook. I'll leave it to your discretion for the time being.))

((W1 should have taken d6 fire damage from starting his turn in a square adjacent to the Head Goblin (from Explosive Pyre). W2 will do the same once its turn rolls around.

In addition, any gobbo that moved to a square adjacent to Head Goblin will also take d6 fire damage. Which was at least one of them. Oh, and Explosive Pyre only affects enemies, so Karl is safe :P ))
