Amberly stood up from her desk (a short stool combined with a conveniently-sized crate) and stretched. The amulet taken from the tomb was certainly fascinating, but there was really only so much she could learn from it on a moving ship with no laboratory or reference books. Besides, while she was more knowledgeable about ancient artifacts and the Old Writing than the average layperson she wasn't exactly an expert. It was time to take a break before they made landfall.
Walking back and forth along the deck, the nun soon spotted Lysander. The healer had been seeming a bit down for the past week. Seeing as how the ship would soon be landing in "Demon's Grin", Amberly resolved to try and get the young man to feel better.
: "Hello Lysander. May I join you?"
