I guess we'll move for ya then. Shouldn't be more than a turn or two :P

((Flip a coin? I dunno, that's a tough call :/

Not doing a character redo though, I'm fine with the one I've got.))

((Question! How will you determine which waitlister joins the party next? Assuming anyone will be joining at all, of course.))

Hmmm, that's not good for Gregor.  We need need need Edwin to sleep Rogue A, which counts him out for healing, and Ami and I have both already moved.  Chris and Riven are both viable options against the sage, though.  If Riven and either Chris or Derick move up to flank Gregor, we can avoid a break-through in the event Gregor should go down to 0 HP, but neither has a healing item.  Derick should probably move out, either to the left or right, but either could work.  We probably don't want to move on column 13, due to Thunder Sage A, though I suppose Bolting is rather comparable to Hellthunder.

EDIT:
...and we have four Vulneraries sitting nicely in storage.  Didn't...didn't we even buy them explicitly and solely so that we could carry them with us into the endgame as emergency revival? >_<
I'm not super-worried about getting healed at the moment. I just want that sage dead so there's one less enemy to worry about, and I think SC already said that Chris could handle it <_<

And I guess Team B needs the vulneraries more anyway. We have Dag, Mannan, Edwin, Raquel, Tantallos and Ami on Team A. Team B has Seyena and...just Seyena, I think O.o

Y'know Descan, most people don't talk to states.

Ah awesome! I apparently don't read enough of the right things, I've heard of those experiments but never had a decent summary of the results. Still a pretty big crapshoot to get the right things though.
Billions of years, millions upon millions (upon millions (upon millions(etc.))) of individual dice rolls. If it's happened once, the crapshoot is seriously in the favor of it happening more times. Space is just big, is all, and our ability to find things still relatively nascent in regards to sifting through it.
Don't forget the time periods involved. It took, what, 1.5 billion years before even the simplest life began to form on Earth? Considering that those protocells previously mentioned formed after only a few hours (in a lab setting yes, but still), there's clearly plenty of opportunities for beneficial adaptations to occur.

Space X Time = Pretty good odds of life being out there, actually.

((To clarify, when charging you can ONLY do a melee basic attack, UNLESS you have a power that specifically states it can be used in place of a melee basic attack. Just thought I'd mention it because (no offense) highmax's explanation was a little unclear :p ))

Will send invite in an hour or so. I do kinda want to try multiplayer Starbound, even though I doubt my crappy laptop can handle it.

I know the game is set well into the future. I just enjoy reading about these little hints of just how far humanity has come in all those thousands of years.

And I still say that anti-gravity lenses accelerating lasers is one of the least handwavey things I've read in sci-fi, so it doesn't bother me :P

Ah yes, Pipra. I forgot about her Dx

I do like the little technobabble segments in settings like this. I mean, apparently humans have been genetically engineered at some point to survive in space for long periods of time (judging by the hormone discussion regarding Katida), and (as can be reasonably expected) they have terraforming technology as well. Plausible terraforming tech, too.

Move to (12,19) and STAB Sage A!
