*crying*
You shoulda known what you were getting into when you decided to go Knight -> General :P

He's crying because the mystic power of the pure water didn't stop him from becoming an oversized lawn gnome.
I get that. All I'm saying is that heavily-armored guys will always be hit by magic at the worst possible time. Always.

My dental clinic is pretty good and has skilled people working there. I still don't like going, but I am bound to admit that they take good care of me and my family.

((Don't forget the Navigators, who are mutants by any definition and yet are vital to long-distance travel in the Imperium, and thus are not only tolerated but treated almost like royalty.))
((And those massive guys the imperials use in Dawn of War Soulstorm. They look like hulk or something...))
((Ogryn. The Imperium uses other kinds of abhumans in its military as well, from the hobbit-like Ratlings to actual catpeople. However, these guys are more seen as cannon fodder than actual indispensable members of society.))

Ursa crept closer, trying to catch a glimpse of whoever was speaking. The female voice sounded a bit like one of the traveller that had been captured...could this be the "Princess" everyone was talking about?

Culise is right; that Rescue Staff ABSOLUTELY CANNOT leave the map until we know for an absolute certainty that everyone can get out the same turn it does. Otherwise people like Alexander are shit outta luck if they get paralyzed and no one can save them.

20813
Should probably concentrate on the ones further back. If Riven moves first, that'd be Valor and Alexander by my reckoning. Except getting Valor out at the moment would also remove Seyena, who lest we forget is just as good at staff usage as Ami (except range). I hesitate to get her out before it is necessary.

Eisen simply rolled his eyes at the melodramatics. He considered telling the story of his tattoos, but decided to save that for another time. This group seemed liable to fly apart at any moment and once again he questioned the sanity of the Inquisitor.

See, I was kinda hoping Guest Star Party Member would use his turn to un-rescue himself so Gregor would be free to do stuff :I

Oh wait I forgot the do allied turn. Fixin' v:

EDIT: There!
Thanks!

Okay, planning time. I think Ami should Rescuestaff Valor this turn before Seyena frees herself from his grip, that way she'll be closer to the group and more capable of helping. Edwin should continue Sleeping enemies, concentrating on the ones closest to us; I'd love for him to knock out one of the paralyzers, but that's very unlikely.

Eisen shrugged, thinking to himself that the other guardsman really needed to take that long-las from his backside.
"Just a minor miscommunication, and now I know not to use those phrases next time. 'The wise man learns from the death of others' after all, and while no-one has died in this case it is still something to learn.

And of course I wouldn't trust someone with a gun pointed at me; that person is an obvious threat. That doesn't mean I should never trust anyone."

Eisen raised an eyebrow at the other guardsman's comment. "I fail to see how that's relevant. I accidentally insulted them and now they won't let us into this secure area. Trust has nothing to do with it, unless its them not trusting me. Anyway, unless the cogboy can get us in we'll have to find someplace else to investigate."

Eisen backs off, apologizing in standard Gothic to avoid further misunderstandings. He returns to the two psykers.

"Well, that didn't work. Should we try someplace else?"

((Maybe not. I might have gotten us in already, we're just waiting for HFS to write up what happened.))
