Attempt to acquire a toy monkey, see if I can turn it into something like iron with my powers.

You download through Steam, but there is some sort of launcher made by SquareEnix that you have to log into in order to play. Kinda stupid.

Final Fantasy VII is on sale for $6 on Steam. Seriously considering it, since everyone has gone nuts over FFVII and I was never able to play it. Really enjoyed VIII though. I get the sense that it's underestimated in the FF series due to its proximity to FFVII.
Be warned: you have to create an online account to play for some reason, and I'm not sure if it is possible to play offline. Discovered that last night when I tried it out <_<

I was...not expecting that. I figured Sheila would get hurt, and then Grifen would heal her.
Now I dunno what to do. I can't reach Fezz to heal him this turn, nor can I get far enough away from the swordsman to stay safe and heal him next turn. I guess I could shoot the guy, but then he'd probably knock me down on his turn and we'd be in pretty serious trouble.

The latest spambot thread. Just...what. Possibly the least-subtle thing I've ever seen.

Honestly I expected everyone to just think I was joking around and not bother looking, unaware there is exactly one transparent comment in Leo's posts.

I found it today! Ships are the best place for shipping.
Found it. I was focusing on the times when Leo was wounded, and missed it the first time :P

Never been a fan of MOBAs, so I'll pass on that.

Now is it just me, or is the Fry Cook class incredibly OP? I just solo'd the King of R'llay with starting equipment for that class. I'm also swimming in pine cones and have maxed-out cooking skill already at level 5. GGC, nerf pls.

It's less about Fry Cook itself and more about the starting weapon, the Frying Pan.
They really need to nerf the stun, you can just keep everyone stunlocked until they die from this thing's sheer DPS output.
Don't forget that one of their early skills (Hot Oil) deals a good amount of DoT, has no cast time, and literally cannot miss. And since DoT doesn't break stun, it just allows the Fry Cook to solo anything not utterly stun-immune.

I now have TWO coupons for 33% off Foul Play. Anyone at all want them?

How many times have we done that? Because in a lot of cases we lived or died based on the chance of a crit. Hell, remember that nasty crossbowman in the main game that Derick killed? Or when Gregor went up against that one hero and got his ass kicked?

Anyway, I'm leaving Grifen on standby. If Sheila gets hurt, she should be able to move in and provide extra-powerful healing.

*waits patiently for Haspen to roll the attack*

I would be happy to chat with Valor, but I must be off to bed soon  :-\

Having something like a 60-70-hour work week, I understand completely :P

It's complicated. You get paid per job, and only get credit for completing those jobs when you send in the signed paperwork. While you can get paid every week, you can also save your paperwork and send it all in at once for a much larger (but less frequent) paycheck. That's kinda what happened with this one; a little over a week's worth of jobs were sent in all at once.

Oh wow, and that's for a month's work?
A couple of weeks. A very good couple of weeks, but still :)
If I've got my math right, you'd be making well over a 100k a year if your average pay check is even half that much. Congrats. Though of course some commission jobs can be a bit feast or famine sometimes...
I'm afraid your math is way, way off. That would be nice though :P
