Three to four hits will kill anything, especially when stealthing (and with near 100% Chameleon from clothing, I was always stealthing).Do you know, I think borked magic systems are actually more fun than balanced ones.
This is another reason why I find Oblivion funner than Skyrim.
My favorite was small damage, massive area, self chameleon 100% in one spell.
BOOM! "Hmm, must have been a rat..." BOOM "I saw a mudcrab the other day." BOOM "yeeaaarg"

Nothing wrong with wanting that Brave Lance for you. You have class bonus crits, decent strength... And it'd be a good asset for the team as a whole, not just you.

A good portion of the main group is down and unable to help thanks to dealing with extremely persistent mages, and if the south group tries to run they might just be cut down. Maybe if we stick to the trees we'll be somewhat safe...
Also, I'm kinda thinking Fezz attack one of the northern enemies. Even if they are fellow mages, a crit would likely do enough damage to kill one.
Don't forget folks, Grifen can do a good amount of healing if anyone needs it. 15 HP for awake units!
