The Fort Hood shooter is also being sentenced soon. Unlike this case, the death penalty is on the table for him. I think it's a bad idea even outside of my opinion on the death penalty, in his own words, it will make him a martyr.
I heard about that one. I also heard that they didn't allow him to plead guilty, since that would basically ensure the death penalty and they want to avoid it for the same reason as you.

The problem was with the trailer, not the truck. The Litany of Ignition has nothing to do with it :P

Gregor gave his only healing item to Valor, so all he can do this turn is fight on. If one of the magic users would like to weaken or kill Wodan, we'll be in much better shape.

The situation is far from unsalvageable. We still have both healers up and several magic-users up against a bunch of high-DEF, low-RES targets. WE CAN STILL PREVAIL. NO, WE WILL PREVAIL!
