Well, I'm starting my hardest semester ever soon, so I'll barely have time to even run forum games. Directly after that, I'll be moving to the city to go to an even bigger and more difficult school to finish my B.S.
Words I never thought I'd hear from you :o

Well, sounds like it might be good to upload what you have. Perhaps someone could finish it. Let's hear some other opinions first though.

St. Louis, Missouri

I forget you people are not from around here.  :P
I thought that might be it, since I remembered you talking about the weather while I was there. I mistakenly was trying to find a word that the T stood for and got confused :P

I now have a membership to a rock climbing gym. I rock climbed for 4 hours, then went to the park, sat on the side walk, and drew for an hour and a half.
That sounds ridiculously awesome.
It is. They have 5 auto-belay systems on the walls, so you don't need a partner, and a 40 foot long 25 foot high bouldering area. The walls go from 20 feet to 60 feet high. It is amazing. If you ever get down to STL, you should check it out.
I'd look up what STL is, but Google isn't working ???

Time to start working on that cookbook, Siru. Also maybe checking the local laws on impromptu fire pits. Lot can be done with a grill, a couple of bricks, and some branches.

Well, and something to set the branches alight.
Would be a pretty boring cookbook. About all I have in the truck are apples, a loaf of bread, and a jar of peanut butter. If my trainer's truck had a cooler, I'd have some sliced cheese, turkey, and jam for variety but not much else.

Also, no need for temporary (and probably illegal) fire pits; a number of truck stops sell things like miniature stoves, electric skillets, or butane burners designed for portability.

The fact that you beat the stereotype of the fat trucker is kind of cool~

I was on some trucks for a few years. Never driving, just as a helper. Don't think I ever met a fat trucker. And most of these guys were Indian/Sri Lankan. That type of food is calorie intensive, AND they lived in Canada, the land of maple syrup and poutine.
My (limited) experience is that truckers tend towards slightly-overweight, not fat or skinny. Your diet seems to have a lot to do with it - do you get the double-bacon cheeseburger or the salad? Do you live on instant ramen or chip in some extra money for wheat bread and fresh fruit? Stuff like that.

Sirusly, good for you!
The one time when the common misspelling of my name would have been justified :P
"Siriusly, good for you".

It's actually pretty simple:
  • Life prior to two months ago had very little exercise and far too much junk food and soda.
  • Two months ago I started exercising far more frequently and eating less.
  • Now I eat very little food in general - much less junk food and more healthy stuff - and drink more tea and water instead of soda. Not getting as much exercise, but still a reasonable amount.
I don't know how much more I will lose before my weight stabilizes, but the fact that I'm no longer 250+ and have to wear a belt is kinda awesome.

*vague shrug* Coin tosses. D6, d20, whatever. If cannot choose rationally, choose arbitrarily. Decision paralysis generally means you've got multiple good choices, so just pick one at random. If that choice doesn't work out, flip for the next one. Rinse, repeat.
I have to try this sometime. Gotta get some use out of that dice roller app I picked up.

I've lost something like 30-40 pounds in the last two months. feelsgoodman.

Is YouTube completely dead for anyone else? I keep getting "connection has been reset" errors.
Opens fine for me. This site is nice for me when I have similar issues: http://isup.me/
Yeah, it's working now. Dunno what the problem was before.

Here's another Soviet project:

Guess the purpose of this thing.
Can't see it, so I'm guessing its purpose is to be invisible.

"No, never flown before. No problems with heights either." Nevertheless, he barely managed to stay on his feet when getting off the wyvern's back. The flight had been over almost as soon as it started, and he felt slightly disoriented because of it. He adjusted his monocle, which had fallen off during the flight, before speaking again.
"I'll have to try that again some other time. Can you help get the others up here?"
