I believe the mad shaman is referring to this:

AS: Attack Skill. If you have 4 or more in this value than your opponent's AS, you will score two hits
against them instead of one. Under normal circumstances, 2 hits is the maximum number of attacks you
can launch in one combat round. The second hit will always occur after your opponent's counter attack.
The value is calculated by the following formula:
(SPD - [Weapon Weight - {CON + Proficiency Bonus}]). Any Negative counts as 0.
Proficiency Bonus: Based on your Weapon Rank, you can take a certain number out of your Weapon
Weight, allowing for a higher Attack Skill. The following scale shows the number taken out per rank:
E = 0, D = 1, C = 2, B = 3, A = 5, S = 8

Gregor simply watched Charlotte work, helping occasionally when asked. Since he knew virtually nothing of the Tiger's Eye, he'd likely just be a distraction offering unwanted assistance.

Aside from the back wheels rolling onto the curb on a ridiculously nasty turn (seriously, a tight 180 degrees going downhill would be tricky for a normal car, let alone a combination vehicle over 40 feet long), today's driving practice went quite well!

I'm WTF'ing over how many people come to this trucking school with no prior knowledge of how to use a stickshift. Probably 95% of the vehicles in the industry use manual transmission! Learning how to drive one of these is stressful enough, but when you throw struggling with a third pedal and a contraption sticking out of the floor into the mix...
 
Just think of how much your car jerked around when you were learning stick and multiply it by a thousand. I feel like I'm in a salt shaker.

While its not really a "bundle", I did find something called Indie Game Stand, which appears to combine the Humble Bundle (pay what you want, beat a certain price to get extras) with the Steam Daily Deals. Every four days, a new game is up for grabs. Right now, its Paranautical Activity.
