Gregor would have wandered through the woods, lost, until one of two things happened: he either stumbles across some bandits, or another Menelean patrol. In the first case, he's dead; Gregor is built for static defense not distance running, and bandits carry those dreaded axes. In the second case, he would likely have been killed in the Berebian attack on the fortress.

So, good thing for Gregor that Charlotte found him :P

Some random, more-or-less useless facts about the sprites I made:

Salvatore's is the largest at 240 by 200 pixels.
Derick's is the smallest at 69 by 80 pixels (not counting blank space).
Olison has the most colors at 37.
Tantallos has the least at 15.
Valor took the most time to complete, followed closely by Derick's. Hell, I'm still tweaking these to no avail.
Gregor probably took the least amount of time. When I posted that brief mock-up, I was probably halfway done already.
Daniel has a sprite from the days when I thought Emral would stick around.
