General Discussion / Re: Food Thread: Yer Chicken

Does anyone have suggestions for relatively healthy eating on the road? Obviously, fresh vegetables and fruit are good, but those don't tend to keep well in a hot car.

: "Thanks, Ami!"

Move to (23,11), STAB Swordguy C with Iron Lance.

I'd be a terrible father, in some ways. I think I'd concentrate more on making sure my kids have fun and good memories than worrying about their grades in school or making sure they brush their teeth.

Thankfully, that's not likely to be an issue for many years to come.

I babysat today for a family friend.  I got to eat food and get paid, she got a free day.  Her son is grounded.  To his room . . .  With cable tv and a laptop w/wifi . . .and snacks.
What happened to the days of sitting in a corner for a while?

-The remaining Berebians most likely surround Prixima and possibly off her with a combination of holy magic and physical prowess. Estimated completion by: Turn 7.

You forget that she is on a throne (+10 Eva), has 3 Elixirs, and when her HP gets low, she will be spitting criticals left and right.
It's statistically improbable that Prixima will bite the dust. It is NOT, however, impossible.

I was under the impression that the half effective healing was only for KO'd units. If, say, Valor used a vulnerary on Chris who has 5 HP, Chris would be brought up to 15.

Go to an animal shelter, and get kitty snuggles for free!

Wild speculation here, but I'm guessing it might be Magicka.

You probably would have failed the hood test at ten. The things weigh a few hundred pounds at least and you have to be able to control them. They aren't like car hoods - the kind you lift up - either. You have to brace yourself against the front bumper and pull the thing towards you. The smaller people in the class couldn't do it without moving to a different truck with hood that weighed 150 pounds less.

I suggest northern Siberia. They can see all the white they want 10 months a year.
What about the racists of other skin colors?

Speaking of the Be Mine bundle, there's yet another bonus that (at last check) is still under wraps. The goal for it started at 10 million bundles sold, and has been steadily decreasing :P

Poor hand-eye coordination, a bad back, low upper body strength can all make you fail those tests. In fact, the only ones who were in danger of failing were the lightest students, because they had a hard time opening the hood of the tractor without assistance.

Yes, as in physical agility. It's a truck driving school; you have to be able to do stuff like get under the trailer, open the hood, get into and out of the cab safely, stuff like that. If you can't do that stuff, there's no point teaching you how to drive the things.

So we had our first test today! It was a simple pass/fail agility test. Oh, and if you fail any part of the test you get kicked out of school.

This is technically the second day, and it isn't even close to over. What next?

I wonder why every single clock around here is insisting that its 8am. If my brain is anything to go by, its clearly only 6. Bloody timezones...
