Loved your story, Solifuge!
Same here. An interesting look into a sub-culture I know very little about :P

Staying away from bridges might be a good start. Maybe listen to whatever music you find relaxing?

Nope.  I'm actually not thinking I want to watch Dr. Who.

See, you might think that, but you're wrong.
Oh come on, don't be like that. It's just annoying and, personally speaking, makes me want to watch it less.
It's quite a good show. I only started watching this year. Sure, it's a little cheesy in the beginning, but that gets better. It's... Hard to describe what makes it so appealing, but, at least for season 2-4, David Tennant definitely helps.
The show might very well be good, or even amazing. It's just a bit of a "turn off" when fans try to claim that I REALLY ACTUALLY want to watch whatever they're pushing when I say that no, I don't.

correctly the subculture is because our own culture are very interested in animals and anthropomorphic animals.

Children Cartoons are absolutely full of them to the extent where they often outnumber ones that use actual humans.

Related, it's interesting to note that shows like Family Guy can routinely and blatantly depict bestiality, but most people won't interpret it as such because it's animated. Brian (the dog) can have clearly sexual relationships with human girls, but it doesn't generally even occur to people to think of it as unusual.
Are you talking about the people in the show, or in real life? Because I always found it pretty weird.

Also relevant, I see you mentioned Nuzlocke in your sig. I suppose Pokemon is a bit relevant to this topic.
I don't think it is, but I'm no expert on the subject O_o

My views on this.

Edit: Somebody wanna be really nice to me and gracefully make this an appropriate size? If that is remotely possible.
Height limit for signature images is 80 pixels. It'd look a bit like this:

I keep wishing for a Reignleif, even though it doesn't have the same crit-ownage that Derick's Shamshir does. That knight would have been dead by now if Gregor had one.

You forgot to remember that you shouldn't forget about your skill? But yeah, this is one of those moments that failed rolls that are showed would be nice, so you at least know that it was considered.

Also, what are we going to do when the awesome sword of crititude gets borked? Its at least half broke right now, I'd wager. Hopefully someone has a backup.
Not that I know of. We don't even have Killer or Reaver weapons yet.

And here I just had the Player's Handbooks O_o

I'm getting error messages when I try to click on any of those things. Am I doing something wrong?Apparently I was!

Not much, anyway...

Dammit, I just can't stay mad at that :P

Yes Frumple, you have uncovered my secret. I am actually a pig-tailed anime girl from the future. And go ahead and put that in the Out of Context thread.

Man, forget Sonic. Give me a new Star Fox game, back to the good-old days of rail shooting through some fantastic new environments.
