The only real advantages ME has over a lot of other universes are the mass effect fields and biotics, and even then those can be emulated. I mostly like ME for the story and characters anyway, not because the tech is so much more impressive than other universes.

Except that ships in the ME universe are on a different, smaller scale than the SW universe. The Death Star has something like 25,000 turbolasers, when Star Destroyers only have 50. Do the math

What can I say? I hate crappy parodies. To me, Space Balls is on the same level of "wit" as the Scary Movie series.

Star Wars annihilates the Space Balls universe. Because I hate that movie <_<;
