: "Mind if I come along? It's either that or stay here and listen to..."

Gregor gestures towards the river, which was thankfully out of view though the sounds of butchery continued.

: "...that."

Piecing together what I heard, one of the brothers was gunned down while the other drove away. And now that everyone is posting information about police movements all over the internet, he has an extra resource to help evade capture.

I'm pretty sure this basically isn't playing a role. How exactly would it help him? How would he even be able to follow or process it, and use it in a useful manner?

What's more likely, in my opinion, is that he had a pre-planned hidey hole and managed to get to it. And even that isn't THAT likely.
Dude might have a smartphone. Smartphones can access Twitter and download maps. Put 2 and 2 together, and you get...

I just use an electric shaver and avoid those little mishaps :P

Of course, if the zombie apocalypse or something ever occurs, I'll be wandering around with half a roll of toilet paper stuck on my face...

What do you think they used before shaving cream? :P

I'm just kidding around, honest.

Scored one of those Alienware codes, will change my password soon-ish. Hell yeah, free gold! Extra slots, here I come!

: "We won. I'm just glad you're alright. It's funny: when we first met, I took you as a lightweight rookie soldier. However, I'm entirely sure we could not have won this battle without you holding the line at the door."

: "You are kind, but I don't think I could have done it without your support, Charlotte. Your skills with a bow are amazing, after all, and the knowledge that you were close by kept me fighting when I probably would have dropped from exhaustion otherwise."

Supposedly, you'd need to have a roleplayed conversation between the two characters first. But it's Haspen's game, so whatever :P

Gregor revived somewhat from the first aid.

: "Owwww...What happened? Did we win? Is everyone okay?"

27311
: "I can't believe I'm agreeing with a thief. No offense."

27312
: "I'd argue most strenuously against alienating ourselves any further, if only I were conscious."

Somewhat similarly, Portal 2 is 75% off this weekend. It is worth $5 US, if you're into the sort of game.
I'll give this a +1. If you enjoy puzzles, you should really give this a shot.

If y'all are doing complaining about a game that was released several years ago, the most realistic surgery simulator ever has been released for Steam. 30% off too!

Yes, Boba Fett gets out...by detonating explosives in the Sarlacc's belly and then burning his way out with a flamethrower. He crawled out on his own.
