By "first toe", do you mean the big toe?
...Yes.
But the point is that for some people the second toe is longer, so calling it a 'big' toe may be confusing when taking the conversation into account.
I always called it the big toe because it was the widest and thickest toe :P

I don't claim to have Morton's Toe, mostly because I've never heard of it before today. But an impromptu examination of my feet seems to show that one of my second toes is longer than the first toe.

Nice of you to offer, but I've got over a dozen images that need "fixing". I managed to get a test image resized properly (keeping the original unaltered, of course) and it looks pretty good.

So, what do you do when you find an awesome-looking image to use as your desktop background, but it's designed for a monitor with a different aspect ratio than yours or was simply never meant to be a wallpaper in the first place? I have a few images like that, and when my computer attempts to stretch them to fill the screen they tend to leave a lot of the edges out. This is, as you might expect, a bigger problem for some images than others.

So far my only idea has been to crop out unnecessary bits (if any) and then resize the image to better fit my monitor's resolution. Would this work, or do you have better ideas?
I would suggest loading up a blank document the size of your screen in photoshop or gimp or other simaller progroms and then stretch and crop it accordingly there. Other then that idk.
I have Paint. Would that suffice? :P

I missed it, sorry :<

Hmm...I think I have that, but only for one foot. Pretty minor though.

I found a key AND unlocked a chest! All I found was some eye thing; after jumping over a few spikes, losing a heart to a spider and killing a couple bats all I got was a lousy golden eye. Considering the fact that I'm horrible at this game I'd say this is a great achievement. Even greater than the time I stole a golden thing from a giant boulder shooting background guy. My memory isn't that good because I'm still overwhelmed with the excitement, adrenaline and fear of the damn ghost

Just pulled up my Steam list to throw a few more games up for recommendation:

  • Half-Life (and possibly Half-Life 2, depending on your graphics card). Good solid FPSs.
  • The original Deus Ex.
  • Dungeons of Dredmor. Another roguelike.
  • Serious Sam: The First Encounter. Maybe the second as well, but I haven't tried that yet.
  • For a more action-oriented RPG, you could try the Ys games. I've only personally tried Oath in Felghana, but it works pretty well and the other games look like they'd have similar requirements.

On the RPG front:

Morrowind is fairly low-impact and contains a crapton of content before you even touch the massive modding community. Gameplay (combat especially) may not be to everyone's taste, however.

Roguelikes (Nethack, Cataclysm, Liberal Crime Squad, etc) tend to be pretty easy on the hardware as well.

Please note that all of these are installed on my laptop, which is about as good (ha!) as yours is.

I don't know if it is anymore, but apparently at one point pizza was considered a vegetable.
I think that was mainly a joke.
It was actually an act of Congress, in order to make school lunches meet nutritional standards.
So...a joke :P

Charlotte's already near the south entrance though, and she has support bonuses with Gregor. Then again, that mage in the south would be weak to Tant's magic...

I end up quitting most MMOs once I hit the end game content :P

Not surprising... MMOs are based off of boring you endlessly until you hit the end game.

I usually don't survive the midgame slog.
STO isn't very bad in that regard, so far at least. I'm nearly level 30 (50 is max), and barely a third into the story content. Add in gaining a level almost every "episode" and there's still plenty that I haven't even touched yet.
