I know, but I can only have Gregor play dumb so much before even he catches on that she's got some personal reason for wanting Eor killed.

Screw you, N64. Screw you and your lovable, nostalgic plastic and freaky controller that looks like it fell out of Cthulhu's posterior.

Emulating the analog stick is frigging impossible. Absolutely horrible to do, since there's input delay and no concept of sensitivity in the mouse and all I want to do is play Turok 2. Q_Q

Having never owned a gamepad, I weep.
Got a wired 360 controller? They work surprisingly well with emulators.

My roommate does, and he'd probably let me, but I got no response when I tried plugging it into my computer. I dunno if I need drivers or to acknowledge somewhere that it's plugged in.
Are you using an emulator? If so, what kind? You can PM me if you'd rather not have the info public.

Hey now, I was very non-violent in my childhood. Still am, really; never once threatened someone with physical violence even in the rare cases where it happened to me.

Mom just saw a news reported and over-reacted a little. I was her first child; basically the guinea pig :P

Power Rangers was banned from my house. Like Vector and Invader Zim, I don't particularly miss it.
Yeah, me too, but my mom was a bit of a hypocrite.
"R rated film? Sure! Power Rangers? No way, that's to violent!"
Heh, my mom was much the same way. Then again we didn't have many R-rated (or any, really) movies around the house.

The latest avatar fad shall be keeping your current avatar, or whatever avatar in particular you feel like taking. This fad shall extend into perpetuity, and henceforth be the form taken by all future fads.

Genius!
All my +1s!

Anybody else notice that all three people who support this idea have black and white avatars?
It is a conspiracy to systematically remove all color from avatars.
You will be grey-scale. Resistance is useless.

Also: Rain! Yay!

FFS, I don't know whether to be sad by Charlotte's tragic past or laugh at the terrible job she's doing of hiding it :P

: "Gregor, do you now have a problem with killing a man for his thievery?"

: "I...I don't know..."

Yeah, turns out that was the problem. I managed to get it working two minutes after I posted my question :P

Okay, I've been banging my head against this for the past day and my teacher was absolutely zero help. How would you print something like this in C?
Code: [Select]
5@@@@
@5@@@
@@5@@
@@@5@
@@@@5
where 5 is the user-entered number for the width and length of the block? I'm not asking for the exact code or whatever, but I've got an if-else statement inside of a for loop inside of another for loop, and things just won't print out correctly.

: "If she wanted him arrested, why do you think she'd send mercenaries?"

: "You don't mean...?"

27973
: "What? Does Lady Prixima even have the authority to order another lord arrested?"

General Discussion / Re: The Dream Thread

Is it normal for dreams to include physical pain? Last night I dreamed that I was doing something for someone else (the specifics have been forgotten). If I did something wrong, it felt like dozens of long, sharp needles were being jammed into my back. It woke me up more than once.

: "-stolen lots of money from Prixima and Mercia at large! We need to get it back."

: "I guess that's why we're chasing him down. But that still doesn't explain why we seem to be viewing the militia as a threat instead of requesting their aid. They'd probably have important information."
