Move 2 spaces north, use pillars as cover.

28247
I forget, is it possible to move through pillars?

There's medicine for that, you know.

Hey, don't bring your mother into this. :x
My mother is dead. Why would you mention that, unless...

Yeah, I found a spot to fish from. Don't know what makes it any different than the other places; it was on the same overworld map tile and everything.

Anyone know why my character can't fish despite having a fishing rod and standing next to water? I keep being told to "find a better spot", which I've never seen before.

At least you guys are getting some decent precipitation. We barely got a drizzle last night, and California needs water badly!

Random happy: I remembered how to spell precipitation and used it correctly.

Was excited for rain. We got maybe an hour's worth in the middle of the night. Roads were practically dry by the time I drove to school :(

Anyone have some ideas on how to record minimum and maximum values in C?

I have an assignment where the user enters as many positive integers as he or she wishes, and the program adds them all up, averages them, and displays the smallest and lowest value entered. The only idea I've had for the last two is to give default values for smallest and highest, and then compare entered values to see if they exceed those values, something like this:
Code: [Select]
largest = 0;

if (number > largest)
   largest = number;
Problem is, to determine if a number is smallest, the only way I can think of to make it work is by giving the "smallest" variable the largest possible value for integers and working off of that. I assume there's another way to make it work.

You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?
I was watching that site when the whole Mayan 2012 thing went down. It had a countdown for the release of the album, which was pretty perfect :D

Some of them are scary, or at least the implications behind them are, yes. Others are just plain bizarre.

Primarily, yes. However, there are plenty of rules for ship-to-ship combat included, including stats for different classes of ship and ways to upgrade your capabilities. Probably not the best system to use if you want lots and lots of ship combat though.

Have you taken a look at Rogue Trader, perhaps? It takes place in the Warhammer 40,000 universe and has you and your buddies roaming around the edges of civilized space in a massive starship, snatching ancient artifacts or escorting planetary governors around. Stuff like that.

TNG all the way for me. I was born too late for the original series, but the whole family loved TNG and it's basically my go-to for most things Trek-related.

...Goddamit, is this game available anywhere else but the site? I don't have a card at the moment...
I got KSP by purchasing a non-reloadable debit card with cash and using that. See if you can try that.
