The visual effects of Brave were really freaking good though. Wreck-it Ralph had a better story and characters, but we all know that those don't always count :P

To be fair, a lot of classic roguelikes aren't really turn-based either. Instead, how often you and the monsters move depend on everyone's speed or agility or what have you, so a faster character can potentially do more actions in the time it takes a slower character to perform one.
