Corpse impregnates Marmaduke.

And, who doesn't want a tattoo for their birthday?
No. No way. I refuse to believe those are real. Especially the first one.

... And integrated PA system to play AC/DC songs, or something.  ...

It's Black Sabbath or nothing, maaaaaann.  ;)

World of Tanks but with 40k vehicles.

I'm not sure 40k would translate well to that game style.  Dueling tanks seem like a rare occurrence in the fresh-ground-meat-all-the-time type battle fronts characterized in the fluff.  It _could_ work for Aeronautica Imperialis, which hasn't seen videogame representation yet, and air combat above the deck is quite divorced from events on the ground.

I'd be more interested to see DoW-style Epic scale battles.  Final Liberation was soooooo long ago.
True but I just want to drive around in a Leman Russ,  Dreadnought or Defiler  :'(
Or a Predator, or Basilisk, or Hammerhead, maybe even a Baneblade...

Fun fact: Reus is Dutch for giant.
And of course, if you change the "R" to a "D", you get Deus, the Latin word for "god" or "deity". Guess we all know where these guys got their concept.

This one might be interesting:

It was a sort of indie Doom-clone. Pseudo 3D environments, enemies were flat sprites. Heavy focus on melee combat with only a few guns.

The cool thing was that is was mostly voice-acted and had multiple paths/endings. The story involved the main character's daughter being kidnapped.

At one point, you fight expies of The Village People in a bar.

That'd be Action DooM 2: Urban Brawl.
Yes, that's it! I lost it when my old laptop required reformatting and I never remembered the name :P

There were a couple of videos posted a few pages back which showed some hostile creatures, including one that appeared to launch it's eyeball (yes, singular) as an attack. Of course, since the purpose of the videos was to demonstrate different mechanics, the devs had God-Tier weapons and so everything died in one hit.

Kinda hard to do when you've only got one soldier with the Gift.

Well, there are different degrees of "good". For most of the universe, it ranges from "probably won't kill you if you look at him funny" to "something bad that was redacted because the first spoiler in the OP needs to be reread".

But I have one very specific man in mind:

Except Mind Control's hit odds were always terrible, like in the 25% range or so. I think the only time I ever successfully controlled an enemy was at 45%, and that was against a Berserker. Which proceeded to get one-shot by an Ethereal.

Had a funny conversation regarding the WWII with a friend.

Quote
Pnx: Say what you will about the Nazi's, they had the best looking uniforms in WWII.
Nechan: DUH
Nechan: those were Aramani
Nechan: fucking styling
Nechan: Nazis knew fashion
Pnx: Versus the allies who were all brown and olive and such... Which basically made them look like giant turds by comparison.
Nechan: black is a very commanding color
Nechan: puts you in charge
Nechan: wrap a pretty red ribbon on that and its fucking classy
Pnx: Maybe that's why they lost the war, the Nazi's were all like, "I don't wanna get my nice uniform all mucked up by crawling around in the dirt..." While the allies didn't give a crap, I mean who cares about their crappy shit looking uniform?
Nechan: most likely

Fucking Nazis and their snappy sense of fashion and awesome language. Bastards. What is most awesome about them is that they unironically wore skulls and stuff on their uniforms. Like Mitchell and Webb Look Lampshaded:
M: "Um... Are we the bad guys?"
W: "What? No. Of course not. We're the good guys. They're the bad guys."
M: "But... We've got little skulls on our hats... The Good Guys never wear skulls on their hats..."
W: "..."
They've obviously never been introduced to Warhammer 40,000 :P

I'd have to get a new game up to that point again, but is the Gift really that useful? I remember being rather underwhelmed by it, especially when every offensive power had terrible hit odds in comparison to my awesome weapons that would do more damage anyway. Then again, I suppose my memories could be a little colored given that for a long time, my only psyker was a sniper who was never close enough to use his gifts anyway.

Karnewarrior, go home. You are drunk. Or pretending to be. Either way, call it a night.

I use SignAvatar because I can't find one single image that I feel accurately represents me. So I use several images that represent different aspects as an imperfect substitute :P

P.S. According to my mother who worked in HR, jobs are more willing to hire somebody who is currently employed than somebody who is between jobs.  Claims it shows responsibility, and that those kinds of employees are more likely to give full notice if they DO decide to move on to greener pastures.  So job seeking on the side might actually be worth the trouble.
...dammit T_T
