Skyrunner, does your avatar change on its own?
I keep seeing people I don't know and then it turns out to be you!
I'm not Skyrunner, but she probably uses this.

A pro-wrestling style fight started on Dec. 12 between members of President Viktor Yanukovych’s party and the opposition in parliament. It continued on Dec. 13 as two men tried to change their party affiliation. Pro boxer Vitali Klitschko made a cameo appearance on camera on Wednesday, and security forces had to divert naked women from storming the House floor. (National Constitution Center)

Oh man, why cant politics be like this in America!
Wow.

Now when I'm playing EU3 and the Ukraine blobbs all over East Europe and west Russia I know exactly why it's a "Tribal Confederation". Because it's government consists of physically beating the shit out of the other guy.

We'd get more done in the U.S. if our politicians behaved like that.
Really? Sounds like absolutely nothing was accomplished here other than making the politicians in question look like brainless thugs.
It's an entirely true statement, and had nothing to do with the merit of what was being done. It was also fairly facetious. Politicians beating the crap out of each other are doing more than politicians who are stuck in endless filibusters. That, and if my representatives are going to be brainless thugs, I'd rather see them fighting each other than fighting for interest groups.
Uh, no. If politics could be decided that way then every dumbass who thinks Obama is a communist Marxist homosexual Muslim terrorist could beat him up and take over. Same for any half-way decent politician who put points into INT and WIS getting his ass handed to him/her by some illiterate yokel.
As I just said, something happening does not equate to something good happening. My statement implied the former.
I got confused, sorry <_<;

I'm normally hesitant to be all NO I HATE WHEN YOU CHANGE ANYTHING, but Space Hulk should not be changed at all.
I mostly agree, but I'm sure there is something I wouldn't mind to see changed.

That would be understandable if those were hard copies, but... yeah. Why do game vendors hate us Europeans so much?
My guess would be exorbitant European taxes used to pay for our neocommunist social welfare system.
Man, why don't you guys just go back to having giant empires? Europe back when it had multiple empires was MUCH more lively.
Global economy, dude. Nowadays, starting a war might just get all your imports revoked, crippling your nation if you're unlucky.

Not exactly a F2P, as you still have to buy the game :P

But you don't need to sub now, so that's something.

Wassap investigators?

Secret World has now gone the Guild Wars route of buying the game once, and having to pay no subscription fees. I just might have to try this now.

That was 99942-Apophis.
It was initially rated to have a chance on the order of 1 in 37 of hitting earth; that was later revised downward as its trajectory became more well measured. Now it's 1 in 250,000; or effectively not even noteworthy.
As it gets closer and measurements become more precise, I suspect the odds will increase even more (assuming anyone is still bothering to track the thing).

Worldwide? I'd tack at least two zeroes on the end of that number.

Gratz to the winners. Especially the Banner Saga ones, that looks fun.

Plus, don't forget that comet thing passing Earth very close in 2038(?).
First I've heard of it. But if it's something we can already track, then we have plenty of time to intercept and deal with it.
