See, I was thinking four to a tile. You can aim all four in any direction, to either focus fire or cover multiple directions. Downside is the fact that they're armed with some of the weakest weapons in the lore and suck at close combat

Bah. Looks like DoW:GOTY only includes the original game plus a few extra maps. While it was fun as hell and my introduction to the franchise, it doesn't include Imperial Guard, Tau, Necrons, Battle Sisters or Dark Eldar.

I tried to read the books after watching the movies, and I guess the movies spoiled me. I got thoroughly sick with the Fellowship when the book was going on 10 chapters or so and they still weren't out of the damn Shire.
To me, it's okay to cut some stuff out of a movie adaptation to keep the plot moving.
