Chicks get that whole, "Sexy librarian" thing going for them. HAWT.

Ahem. Sorry about that.

I am a male who agrees there. Still, it's a bit of a thrill to see them with their glasses off.

Also, I have glasses that are apparently 'quite trendy'. I love wearing them.

Is there such a thing as a Sexy Male Librarian?
Indiana Jones? Some of his female students apparently thought so :P

Well, there's my WTF for today o_o;

Perfectly understandable :P

Hurr hurr. I forget that there are other hets hanging around. :P
I'm guessing at least a third of this forum identifies as het. We're just a little more quiet about it and let the LGBT crowd be as open as we can be.

Y'know, sometimes I want to go to a person who fears that teh gheys will one day rule the world, and show them this forum. I'll watch with undisguised amusement as Descan, kaijyuu, Truean, et al rip him/her to shreds :P

Honestly, I don't watch the prequels for the plot. I watch them for the glorious battle scenes!

Especially the space battles. Realism be damned, I still nerd out when watching the Battle of Endor and can quote many of the lines verbatim :P

Bonjour! Je m'appelle Sirus. Ca va bien, et toi?

(I barely remember any of my lessons, sadly. California doesn't have a high French-speaking population to practice with :P )

That's the problem. There were like, three different Clone Wars animated series. The first one was animated in a very similar style to Samurai Jack, the second was CGI and more of a mini-series, and then there was the last one, also CGI, which featured that Jedi kid.

* Sirus is one of the few Star Wars fans who found the prequel movie series at least tolerable.

Assuming you're talking about the older cartoon instead of the (imho) rubbish CGI series, I believe you're right.

My high school only offered French and Spanish. I took the former and had a blast all three years.

I personally think I look better with glasses. Then again I think glasses are sexy :D

30716
Aw, that's a shame  :-\

So I currently work at a family business. It's an auto repair shop, and a small one, with 5 employees counting me. I sit at the front and deal with customers, do some light paperwork, write people's checks, post on these forums, etc. Anywho, when it's not too busy, some of the mechanics go to the back room where there's a computer and play solitaire/watch youtube vidoes/etc. I almost never use that computer, except for a select few things.

Today I went back there and needed to return to a website I visited last week for some paperwork I was doing, so I looked in the browser history. You should know by now where I'm going with this... turns out, someone's not quite satisfied just playing solitaire. They also have vastly different tastes in erotic literature than I do (they only seem to visit the short story sites).

I'm not going to turn anyone in. To me, it's absolutely no worse in any way shape or form than playing cards or watching youtube. But it still surprised me, so to the WTF thread it goes :)

If you figure out who it is, give them a friendly tip on how to delete the browser history (and then quickly open a bunch of tabs to create a false one to avoid leaving holes).  :P
People who are more subtle only delete part of the browser history.
Personal experience with this, Aklyon? :P

Yeah, I prefer glasses. When I actually wear them, anyway; I'm content with everything further than 5 feet away being a blur.

My one experience with contacts was a bad one. Took forever to get them in, forever to get them out, and I never wore them again.
Do me a favor and never drive without them :P

It's a college course. And yes, in the US :P

Contacts are just weird to me. Can't say I've had any interest in putting things in my eyes though, so that all I have to say about it.
This is basically why I chose glasses. Plus they make me look smarter :P
