I don't see anything in the rules prohibiting us from deposing the admiral, should he turn out to be an infiltrator :D

I believe you meant "communist atheist muslim pinko fascist terrorist."
You forgot "homosexual".

Randomly browsing tvtropes, I come across this.
I have, in fact, heard of this before. Still a major WTF :P

So people are complaining about the Demo UI when the old UI was already pretty terrible? I love X-Com as much as anyone I think, since it was one of my first games but come on guys. Anything is better than that mouse only button driven mess.
Rose-tinted glasses. The old stuff is perfect in every way, anything that isn't an exact duplicate of the old stuff is terrible.

Cautiously optimistic for this. I still have the original R:TW installed and play it whenever I get the urge for wiping out entire armies. Trailer looked pretty, but there wasn't any gameplay footage.

Hopping in on the "has no problem with the UI" side. Rebindable keys would be nice, but I'm not personally bothered by the controls. Perhaps the full version will have rebindable keys, along with the difficulty slider.

Evangelists are swarming over campus again.
Yeah, they'll do that. Are they just handing out pocket bibles, or do they have an agenda of some sort?

Actually, here.  http://www.terrariaonline.com/threads/released-tma-add-world-features.71843/#post-1364464  Can turn off hardmode and can convert hardmode tiles to normal tiles.  Two minutes on Google.
I tried this, and TehModAPI which it apparently requires. For some obscure reason, I can only use certain characters and worlds, which does not include the world I actually need to edit.

lemon, attempting to mind control your population is a good way to get a revolt on your hands. People will accept a lot of things, but I don't think they'll accept mind control.
But they're mind controlled, so they don't think rebellion in the first place!
How do you get them mind-controlled in the first place? Remember, this thing requires targeted lab-created viruses and invasive surgery to implant the light sources. If a government started hauling people in to inject them with nasties and stick LEDs in their skull, the citizens are not gonna be happy about that.

When you view the Soldier Memorial bagpipe music plays. That's pretty awesome.
How'd you do that? Demo wouldn't let me view the memorial <_<;

Dang it the demo lied to me, I can't bring any of those aliens home.
Yeah, I'm wondering if that was an oversight. I checked every squad member's gear several times, trying to find a stun rod or arc thrower or whatever :P

I can't help but feel you both missed my point. Most feminist and MRA groups, in my experience, seek equality in the workplace, fair child support/custody laws, and similar things. That stuff is fine.

But in every viewpoint, there is an extremist view. You've got websites run by women who think that 90% of males should be forcibly castrated and that women should run everything. Conversely, you've got websites run by men that want to ban women from the workplace, forbid them from voting, and basically keep them chained up in the kitchen "where they belong".

This happened. I suppose it was inevitable. Where do we go now? Stalin Style? Hitler Style?
Someone beat you to it.

At second glance, about two dozen people did. There's already a 10 hour version up.
* Sirus is cracking up

@ lemon10: Paranoia will destroy ya, dude. In order for that to work, they'd have to A) Inject the highly customized virus and B) Implant those fiber-optic light emitters in your head. Probably quite a lot of them, considering the size of the human brain.
